A local eve of destruction. Alothough I'd kill to do a lemons with it. On the small 1/8th oval i had it up too 65 mph on it.

Few scratches and a broken dog bone or what not that keeps the rear drivers tire straight. Nothing bad.

Malibu to do list as of right now, before i think about driving it:

Rebuild carb/ put on

Replace vac lines

Put new tire on

Drain old gas out of tank

Blow old gas out of lines

New gas in

Lube front brake slider pins, free up pistons in caliper.

Inspect rear brakes

Shocks

Full tune up

Belt

T stat

Check front wheel bearings/adjustment

Check trans/diff oil.

Rather not have to piss around with it later. Did that with the truck and im still ignoring most of it.

Plus, most of the list is if it runs and drives good after the carb is on.

I feel your pain, but have not learned from similar mistakes. Once you hear it fire, there's very little preventing you from putting it in drive and taking it for a rip.
