I guess that's one way to make a 6x6 .Found this redneck engineering gem, while looking for a different redneck tunned vehicle:

That reminds me of Larry the Cable Guy's truck on Health Inspector lol.If you are living in a hot rural area this additional A/C will become very useful:

See you soon!Pulled in the garage and locked up. Going on vacation to Iowa for a week so the truck gets to spend some time in the garage with my sister's car.

Good choice! So close to being done...thinking Iowa will probably be the first long road trip the burb will encounter. I miss the midwest and it's long boring expanses of flat open space

HaterI used to go to Iowa to race atv's. It seemed ok, but I might choose a different vacation destination...
Polished the rims a couple days ago, looks much better than having a dull bronzed look:
Had my first refill a few days ago after the new tank and got 229 miles, filled up 16.2 gallons, getting 13-14 mpg, so much better than what it was getting with that rotten tank. So, with my calculations, the 285s really weren't causing that much loss in mileage, but I do plan to go back to 265s down the road.
Also did some flexing on old chewed up pavement
Have you ever tried clear coating the polished wheels to prevent them from going dull? I know I’ve seen a clear coat sold in the auto parts stores. I was just wondering if it actually sticks long term?
Glad to hear the tank helped the fuel economy thing and that the MPGs are falling in line even with the 285s
She really is flexing isn’t she? [emoji12]
