Delete old media

Does any one know how to delete old media from my own folders. I would like to remove old pics and upload some new ones, but Im at my limit.

Up at the very top of the main forum page, click "Media". Then on the left, click "Your Albums." You should be able to delete them from there.

Alternatively you could leave all your old stuff up and create an account on imgur.com, that way you can upload as many pictures as you want in the future. It's really easy to do, I can walk you through it if you need help.

Nope. That didnt work. I dont see a tab anywhere to delete pics in your media.

Huh, that's weird. That's how I did it when I switched over to Imgur. There have been some changes here since then, though.

I have deleted pics on other forums that Im on. There is a little trash can icon on the pic, bottom right , but I dont see anything here. I even tried to move it,. I can put it somewhere else but no way to delete it. I guess I need to message an admin, IDK.

You can not delete your own media. You can however PM an adminastrator and they can do it for you. I have done this before, but you need to include what pics you want to delete, by name or title number. Here is a screenshot of some of my media. You can see the long number under the pic. This is what the admin needs to delete the pic. You can not post pics in a PM by the way.

The ability to post pix in a PM would be nice, though. Sometimes when I help people with stuff, or when I'm asking for help, pix would really help things go smoother with the questions & explanations.

Yes, I have thought that would also be a good feature. Sometimes you just need or want to send somebody a picture, and not have it accessible to the entire forum.
Sometimes as the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words....

Pics and attachments would be nice. I usually wind up giving out my email address to simplify this.
