Agreed, the execution of that wood wasn't the best. I think it would look better if looked like the two tones, red on top and bottom and wood in the center.

Gave my dad a ride from the tire shop yesterday so he could have a new set of BFG KO2s put on his '06 3500. They look awesome! No road noise at all, they're super quiet. Bonus mirror shot from the Suburban, and you can see it lurking in the back of the driveway shot.

Have always liked BFG's. My dad has the KO's and they did very well in the winter and were quiet. When my 285s go out, I'll probably get BGF KO2's in a 265/75r16.

My Suburban is getting a set of KO2s for its next tires as well. They're reasonably priced on TireRack.com, my dad got his set of 265/75/R16s for just a little over $700.

EDIT - Be aware, there are two different versions of KO2s available now. The originals which are snow rated and a little softer rubber, and the DT (Different Tread) model which is not snow rated but has a 50K mile tread wear warranty with a little harder rubber. I ordered the originals for my dad, everything I've read suggests that they're a much better tire than the DTs.

Don't think so! When did you change up the wheels between the two? Nice, but the blue beast goes with the silver impala's better imo.
