I have a fellow worker who stops in the shop (woodworking) with a 1999 chevy pickup
He says it is a c30 or k30 really super heavy duty frame is rear adjustable, It has a borgwarner transfer case 8 lug wheels
What has me stumped is it is a 5.7 but does not say Vortec. Also the intake manifold is individual injectors for each cylinder.
The truck for sure is all stock .I am sure of it
Anybody know what this is?
Did Chevy use the marine fuel injection intake and fuel injection on a production truck?
Thanks Skip

Did it look like this? If so that is an tpi setup, and uses 1 injector per cylinder. It is NOT stock on any year truck for our body style, though people have swapped them on there. And if the rear is adjustable as you mentioned, our trucks never had adjustable rear as stock. So in short the truck is in no way stock as far as those items go.

Like I said I will take some pictures when he stops in again. He does alot of volinteer work

I'm not sure what you mean by adjustable..frame? Axle? Either one isn't "adjustable" in any way I can think of.

If it's the same frame as a box truck, it's probbaly a 3500HD... all those, if 4x4, are conversions. The Borg Warner transfercase was used in the regular K3500 1-tons.

C30 and K30 were the designations for the Squarebody trucks from the 70's through 80's.
