Do you have any pictures of the engine motor mounts, did you make your own or? That box on the front looks like a plug for an Anderson plug, like in the Shovelbill post, I have one similar for my car trailer winch, it runs up to the batteries in the front and plug in the back under the rear bumper, I use a 4 foot extension to connect the trailer winch and turn a switched relay on from the cab.

I got the mounts from www.adventurevehiclesnw.com . They worked rather well, didn't line up exactly as I would have liked. but they definitely saved me a few hours/days of fabricating time. I had intended on making my own, but with time running out before we had to move I gave in and ordered them(along with a 1-3/4" water inlet that they make) Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with these conversions(jonsey from youtube)

Got the trans filter and fluid changed. Crimp soldered and sealed the last of the wiring. Got the fans trimmed and in place. Just need to finish looming it all up and get everything secured properly.
Crossed off the last of the major items on the punch list. Tis a good feeling
