Anybody have an idea of what the name of this trim piece is? Or where I can buy a new one?

Trim can likely be found at the jy. The little clips on the inside often break and are available aftermarket for sure, possibly through gm too

No "uh" ?? Was that a typo for no duh? You asked what it was called, I told you the name GM calls it, and that it's discontinued, which means if you wanna buy it new you'll have to find new old stock.

Pull the clips, lay in a nice bead of seam sealer, paint. No one is ever going to notice, IMO.
