Probably a good thing you didnt get one from sears. I bought my first one then had to return it when i pulled it out of the box and there was a massive dent in the side. So big the bottom drawer wouldnt open. Plus its almost an hr to the nearest sears. I was ready to dump it off and go buy the masterforce i wanted in the first place.
I love my Craftsman box. I got the top of the line one at the time because I was using it for work. I wasn't about to spend Snap-on money when I was just a lowly oil change guy at a Dodge dealer. It's served me very well. I haven't dealt with customer service in years.
Thats one thing i really wish mine came with is drawer liners, but oh well.
I've been through various types of liners. The grippy ones work best for loose tools. Most of mine are well organized and in dividers or trays. I still have junk drawers but I need more space before I can clean them out. I'd rather have a wider box than my tall one but what I have works just fine for what I do and has no real hindrances.

Here's mine, my wife bought it for me a few years ago for my birthday. It's so nice not having tools strewn all over the place. I still have a few things id like to do to get it completely where i want it. Socket holders and things like that but overall I'm vey happy with it.

Thank it's alright for now. Its just a bunch of cedar I had left over from work I did plus my signs. Its definitely not clean, I kinda moved everything to one side to bring the new box in
