Daily driven. 6" superlift with 33" (285/75/16) tires, 4x4, auto, 3.73 gears. Rides awesome, even up to the speed limiter(98 I think)...lol..

So I just inherited a 95 c1500. It's going to be my hunting truck, being 2wd I'd like to get some rather aggressive tires. I don't really need a big lift but I'd like to fit 33's, or maybe just 31's. I got a set of spacers, but I don't think they fit or I royally screwed it up.

What would be your recommendations? I think I could fit 31's with maybe a little trimming. I was thinking about returning my 2" kit for sale 4"/2" rear spindle kit

I know this is an old thread but was wondering if it would be possible to use a k2500 lift in a k1500. Seeing that the front diff mounts differently would the control arms still work? Is there a difference in frame width?

I have been lurking on the forum awhile now. Looking for similar info but the opposite. Has anyone ever installed a 6lug lift on an 8 lug truck? I have a procomp lift for a 6 lug, but have no idea what is compatible with the 8 lug. Reaching out to procomp was useless. Maybe this forum can offer some insight.

Thanks in advance!

diff can easily be overcome, upper control arm mounts can be spaced out to work. so yes its doable but the real question is do you want to go through all that?
