AK2083 is the part number for the fronts
24021715 is the part number for the back. Very pricey, but they ride really well. They're firm, but not bone rattling. They gave my truck a very controlled, planted ride.
What are your drop specs?

2-4 drop done. There was somebody on this thread the wanted to see what it looked like. Not super low, but gives a hot rod look IMHO. I use this truck to go junk yarding for car project parts. Salvage yard owner lets me drive up and down the rows of cars pulling what i need. To this end i need some clearance and suspension travel. This is about as low as i will ever go with it. I think i got rid of the 4x4 look it had as a stocker though. Gonna have to dig around and see if i got some old photos from many years ago before i did any lowering to it.

These the bilstein part numbers?? Would they work on a 5/8 drop?

Bilsteins. Honestly man, idk. They're rated for up to 4 inch drop in the front and back.

I have a 1994 c1500 (2wd) that I am swapping a posi 3.73 rear from a 4wd in which is obviously 6 lug and want the front to match without adapters/spaces while also installing drop spindles. I am wondering if anyone has any experience in at least the 5 to 6 lug conversion on the front and what i would need to make it possible. Any tips would be appreciated.

Why not use the 5 lug axles and drums in the 4x4 axle if they will interchange. Would be a hexk of a lot easier. Not sure they made 6 lug 2wd setups for these years. They made an 8 lug 3/4 and 1 ton. Only 1/2 ton 4x4s were 6 lug.
