I wish I could find this gmt400 for sale on FB again... He was asking 15,000. The only description for the truck was "no lowballers, I know what my ***** worth"

No mods, mileage, nothing... just that sentence.

That type of ad makes me cringe. Around here I see ads with one picture, bad at that, taken through a potato lens maybe. Title says "Clean", ad says "Good" or "I got title." And the price is usually ludicrous. Detroit public schools ya know...

Well I typically flush the brown right down but sometimes you got to get up and look to see if you laid a master "piece", a bowl filler lol

Yeah I'd give that guy $5 dollars for that Bronco, about all its worth to me. "Rides & stops." ugh.

People who put those descriptions have sold vehicles before and are tired of dealing with people, most likely. Anyone of us who have ever sold something through CL, FB or wherever (worked with the general public) have dealt with some pretty stupid people...

Problem is that description puts off buyers like me. I appreciate a good in depth description with good quality photos and honesty!

If I walk up and you hid some stuff from me, I usually walk.

I've sold jeez, 5 cars so far through CL? Believe me, I hate doing it but I'm honest and answer legitimate people as they contact me. Selling my '69 Plymouth was the worst. I got two people that sent me text photos of crinkly money in nasty envelopes. Guess If I was an addict I was supposed to start drooling? But if there is no description or something shady like "Just got in on a trade" I'll probably walk. Although I don't trust people anyway so if the price is right I'll inspect the turd myself and go from there...
