well, looking at a 5th wheel, and, I miss my old idi diesel quad cab, long bed dually f350. Plus I love the way a dually looks! Anywho, I looked around online about conversions, it seems that when you put conversion in any sentence, it wants to only pull up 8 to 10 lug conversions. Ugh. That said, does anyone know what’s needed to do the rear wheel setup? I know I need wheels, tires, lug bolts, nuts, fenders. I guess the big question is, I notice another mounting point under the truck for the leaves to be located further in, is that required or can it be done how the truck sits by just adding the hardware I mentioned before? Any help is appreciated, thanks guys and gals!

Mounting point for leaves further in? I have no idea what you're looking at. There use to be some conversion kits available, but I have no idea how well they worked. I would think swapping to a dually axle would be the quickest, best way to go. You won't be able to just throw dually wheels on your single rear wheel axle.

The rear axle WMS-WMS is different, DRW is 72” and SRW is 67. The spring mounting pad location is identical for the two. Cab & Chassis axles are different all together for both SRW & DRW.

So I would just grab the entire rear axle from a junk yard.
The front axle just uses a large spacer to correct offset. I’ve seen guys run standard wheels up front.
Other than that is just the fenders and lighting.

Don't forget about the cutout that's missing in the bed for the inner wheels. Pretty sure you'd have to be on the bump stops for it to be a factor, but it is a difference. That's why I held out for a dually bed for my truck.
