I used ssbc. I pulled my axles and put possi in at the same time. Super simple install. Replace axle seals if you pull axles.

I would definitely check out doing the Jeep XJ intermediate shaft mod. I've done it and it helped the slop out some, cheap and easy to do and it looks good. I've still got slop though and all my front end parts are new as well. Maybe I'll look into gearbox being bad even though its new. I've got a 91 c1500, I don't believe I have any of the EVO stuff ya'll are talking about. I'll have to play with it more when I can get it back on some jack stands.

I didn’t see it in your build thread. But did you have too or did you change the master cylinder for the rear disc? @Dubs

I didn't have to. My original one was so rusted though. I replaced it with a tuff stuff I believe. Was only one powder coated for a decent price. Want to say $120 at summit. I messed up the proportioning valve, so got a new one for disc front and rear. Works great
