Does anyone know how many misfire counts it take in a certain time frame to trigger the light for a P03XX coed or even a flashing check engine light?

You'll want to start a new thread probably for that

When it misfires at WOT the MIL flashes.

A flashing MIL is warning of catalyst damage.

If it's flashing, you'd best be paying attention.

Uhh, no, flashing MIL is for a misfire. Besides, how can one damage a catalyst that doesn't exist?

No he's right . The MIL will flash if a condition is present that can damage the converter. The software doesn't care if you took the converter out, it determines there is a condition severe enough to damage the cat and flashes the MIL.
