W/T front ends are definitely under-appreciated. I thought long and hard about buying a W/T front end for my truck when I was looking at replacements. Ended up going with what I knew, however. I'd still rock one if given the opportunity.

A work in progress. I swapped in a 12valve Cummins and F350 axles. On a previous swap I kept the composit headlights but had to butcher the headlight buckets/adjusters. On this one I acquired the w/t grille to gain more room for the intercooler, with the bonus of being able to run good LED lights.
edit....pic in next post. I can rebuild an engine, swap axles, and most other mechanical jobs but I cant figure out computers.

Her is my 93, 4.3L, 4L60E, WT. I had the truck for 10 years. A coworker begged me to buy the truck. In 2009, when the transmission lost OD, I let Him have the truck for $500. We worked together offshore, so we don't live in the same town. We live about 75 miles apart. I heard from Him last Christmas. I ask if the truck was still on the road. He sold it, but still sees it from time to time, so yes, it's still running. It had around 275,000 miles when I sold it in 2009. Who knows how many miles it has now.
