Upper control arms suburban c1500

I am looking for extended upper control arms for my suburban, that has a 4 inch spindle lift, so I am able to get an alignment. Has anyone bought any that could recommend a pair for me?

I don't believe you need to extend the upper control arms with a spindle lift. The geometry is the same as stock, even with the lifted spindles.
