Towing with a Vortec 454?

My family might be buying a 454 and I was wondering how well it does at towing? We have a 8x16 trailer, will it tow it easily? any good mods to make it better? and feed back is nice!

What does the trailer weigh? a 454 makes more torque and HP, I don't see why It wouldnt, my mom has a 1997, ECSB 350 Vortec with a 14 bolt SF and 3.73's, and it pulled a 27' Travel Trailer like nothing, they do good.

It weighs 2400 pounds, and it will be loaded with inflatables lol.

So an 8x16 trailer full of blow up sex dolls, yeah, I think a Vortec 454 can pull that off

the 454 can tow it like nothing. it has enough hp to tow it and it will be easier to tow with.

I towed around 5000 lbs with mine and didn't even notice it was there. And that was with 37s and 3.73s.

Yeah, they tow really well. I have a few things done to mine. I have no cats, flowmasters, ls1 injectors, but no tune yet. I have been too lazy to get it done.
