I’ve got a 99 GMC Yukon I’m looking to do a drop lift on it. The TB cross member has mounts on both sides of it. Which means it’s not bolted to frame solid. Is the new kit going to accommodate this or do I need a different TB cross member.

look at the parts list for the lift kit. I bet it comes with a drop bracket for that cross member. I don't know of a lift kit for the GMT400 that is non torsion drop.

Any kit should have everything needed. Or you can buy torsion bar re-locators separately. I forget the company that was making them, but a google should turn them up

Every lift I've seen comes with a new crossmember. As far what you currently have on there. Looks to be a home made set up, at least from what I can see in the pic.
