Tool for lowering the spare?

I have the ratcheting part for the jack, the tube with a hex and a hook, for the jack......don't have the jack, don't have the part that goes through the bumper and into the "spare tire picker uppper thing." Lol, what does it look like?

Underneath the jack in this picture, ratcheting hex wrench is on the right, the tool on the left is the piece that you slide the hex wrench over and then insert into the tire carrier.
