Thunderbolt cat...ceramic or metallic?

I was just getting ready to order some thunderbolt cats for my truck and noticed I have an option between ceramic or metallic. The metallic ones are almost double the price. Is it worth it to get the metallic or with the ceramic ones be fine?

I had the ceramic thunderbolts on my 96 and they were just fine. But supposedly metallic will last longer and hold up to higher temps better. Personally it didnt matter to me, let that ceramic **** break up and blow out over time for all i care.
