Trying to get list of parts ready, I assume with 180k miles I should replace tie rod ends and ball joints while its all apart. Any other parts or added costs I should think about?

Just give your current front end a good inspection, if stock now the larger tires will soon fine the worn parts. If you have money for the extra parts no better time to replace them. I did all steering components on my truck since it was cranked severly before. Tie rod ends, ball joints, idler & pitman arms, sway bar end links (now removed) and I also replaced the control arm bushings. Other things to look at are CV joints, wheel bearings, brakes, rear springs for cracked leafs, and driveshaft u-joints.
