I wonder if someone actually convinced a dealer that chevy actually made a tahoe ss or if the dealer is trying to convince someone. Id like to shake the hand of the guy that buys that though.

Upon further review- this is it and i feel stupid. But i wonder why gm didnt put like a 110, 120, or 130 cluster in it like the 454ss trucks? They already had them for eskys and ppv vehicles. And those definatly dont look like oem fog light switches. That woulda been sick as a 2 door though.

Edit: Oops, just saw your video link. That sure looks a lot like the one in the Motor Trend clip.

It looks like one sold at Barrett-Jackson, though there's a caveat in the listing that it cannot be registered or driven on public roads and was sold as a salvage title. Their listing description reads just like the classified ad:

I kind of remember hearing that GM prototypes are normally destroyed due to something with the VIN being invalid or non-existent, meaning that the vehicle cannot be registered.

An SS Tahoe would be amazing, closest we got was the Limited and Z71.
