Just when you think you're done cutting and welding....

If you want to run patriot headers they are a pain in the ass. Had to cut the trans cross member up and weld some square tube on it to be able to run exhaust piping on the driver side. Also had to grind away at the frame a little bit on the passenger side to get enough clearance.

On a side note I get my bed on Friday alignment Saturday and exhaust next Tuesday... stoked:head3:

Got her back together today and cruised around for awhile and went to get an alignment. I did not know about the upper control arm brackets needing to be punched out to adjust camber and caster.
Has anyone done this before? Is it a pain?

That's what the dude at les scrabble said. It never came up in any of my research so it baffled me a bit. He said he couldn't set caster or camber because of it. Dialed in my toe though so I'm not too worried about it

Well if it did in fact have knockouts he should have been able to set camber. Probably didn't want to mess with caster camber because of it being slammed. Lots of places wont

That's kind of what I figured. The headers do not help either. I had to use a universal just to tighten and torque. Steering wheel is straight and tires don't rub so I'm happy
