Should I buy this? Not sure if LS1/LT1

This is a double post - I apologize, I just need to get the guy an answer tonight, so I am hoping someone see's 1 of the 2 threads.

So I may purchase this truck - but the guy doesn't know whats been done to it. He said he purchased it the way it is, and was told by the PO it was a LS1 engine, and built tranny. It also has 6" lift + 3" body lift - needs new tires, and the exterior is kinda rough. It's a '94.

I can't go look at it because it's 4.5 hrs away, but the price is right. I am told it has 20K on the new engine and tranny.

That is a regular small block Chevy.

That's what I thought - I told the guy it looked like a regular TBI 350 to me, via the pictures.
He's asking $2000 for the truck...

Posted in your other thread with some reasons why, but no. I wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole for that price.
