I've also seen stacked frames and 10 inch body lifts, doesn't mean they are right.

I remember the doubled up front clip with the 6" lift a while back over on FSC, that was some funny stuff! lol

the reason i said 36s for is because there is a show truck around here that has a 6'' skyjacker and a 3" body lift on 16x12 bullet hole wheels and 36x15.50s and it looks badass!

x15.5s are no better than a 40 inch tire.

That's why I didn't get a 6+3, I think anything bigger than a 36 belongs on an OOBS, or a truck with a SAS.

And there's no way I'm dumping over a grand for a lift or a SAS.

I'd rather do 40's on a body lift and 6 inch anyday then some hack job double frame stack or anything bigger then 3 inch body lift.

Looks great mine should be here Friday! How long did it take you to install it? Anything I should know before I start.

I would plan on the day if your doing it in your driveway without installing one before. Watch out for rusted and stripped bolts!!!

Truck looks great, agreed that it needs some bigger tires if keeping the body lift. Makes me want pocket flares on my truck!

things to watch out for; make sure the front cross member is in right, test angle with the steering link, i got mine all done and my toe was way off cuz of that. also have a good cut off tool to cut factory bumpstops out.

oh and if you have the stock y pipe that crosses over you will need to make a homebrew extension for it to drop it for the driveshaft.
