Rhoads lifters in L29 454

Hi All,

I'm on the last part to be ordered for my engine rebuild; the lifters.
I'm debating between factory ($440) or Rhoads ($3xx).
(I have an aftermarket RV cam)

Has anyone used any variation of Rhoads lifters?
Or would anyone recommend them to be at least as good as factory?

They're noisy as hell. I would never buy them for that alone.

They are just Hydraulic lifters that bleed down fast.
