well buddy I don't know exactly about your particular truck and year but that's my best guess, the later models like vortecs had a tube that wernt into the manifold or something for egr, and then some had 2 o2 sesnors, I think 2 is over kill, one is expensive enough LOL.

I just don't understand having the forward one removed, but second behind cat definately!!!!
