Anyone have any pics of a dually with *only* spindles? I have a 97 c3500 and I'm debating on weather to do the 4.5" eBay spindles, or a 2" spacer lift. Anyone know if I'll need to lift the rear to keep it level with the spindles?

I know someone here has a lifted dually @Big D or something like that. You probably will have to lift the rear to make it level with the spindles. at least on my 1500 I did.

If you do the 4.5 you'll have to level the rear out otherwise it'll sit a little lower.

I would not go with the spacer lift. I've noticed excessive wear with the spacers I did on my 2500. Do it right and go with the spindles and raise the rear with some add-a-leafs.

Not running 33s, currently have 31x10.5r15 but would have no problems running 33s

Running 285/75r16s with 4" lift spindles. I think is almost the same tire diameter of an 33x10.5r15

It's the same overall diameter but 285's are bout 3/4" wider
