I paid $2500 for my 1999 K1500 Suburban LT. Had some issues, but the engine and tranny are in perfect running order.
I wouldn't pay more than $5000 for a 400, unless it came swapped with an LS motor, or Cummins.

Already picked it up went there today and grabbed it (all), ironically it was somebody that i knew. I also grabbed a Transmission from the 96 (ill get the model of it tomorrow) he said the 3 and 4th gear were slipping but hey why not take it and i might be able to use it if i ever do an engine swap or ill put it in my friends truck.

Hey 98chevyz71 if you need one or more of the things let me know, I just grabbed it in case i bought a newer truck mines a 94 so its all pretty useless, I was going to make a bracket for the seats and use them in my room but that's if i have the money.
