Hello all,

I have been looking and researching like a crazy man! I am debating on building my 5.7 or doing the Ls swap. Now I guess my question is, can anyone point me somewhere that I can find this topic? FYI I am not wanting a hot rod, just a bit more get up. My truck is a 98 k1500 with 139k miles so she's good for now, I just want to start the journey and list now so when its time I am not rushing into anything.

A good way to find things on here is to do a google search ... e.g. type in the google box gmt400.com Ls swap . That should get you some answers.

A ton of info here...
Read the pinned posts ('files') before asking questions.
Some of the O/G members can be a bit cranky when the same 'basics' Q's get asked repeatedly.
Most any question you could possibly have, has already been answered in those files.
Other than that, pretty friendly, extremely knowledgeable crew.
