Need lift help newb

i have a 93 C3500 wanna put a 35" tire but can't find a USA company that makes the lift spindle for the font any help or guidance would be much appreciated

Being patriotic is nice, but I'm going to be honest... If you limit yourself to USA made product you are going to be VERY limited in options of anything nowadays.

I love American products as much as the next guy, but I also know that not everything from China is bad and don't limit myself to just USA made products.

spindle-source on eBay makes the 8 lug spindles you need. They are 4.5" lift and are a direct copy of the old Fabtech spindles that used to be made that were discontinued.
