Just picked up a rust-free 93 C1500.
I was planning on a low - budget 305/700r4 in it since it is going to be a daily.
A few owners ago it went carb. The harness was cut up.
Long story short, it would almost be easier to go 5.3/4l60e than back to TBI.
This is really a no brain project but I'm just looking for any negatives on the 5.3 swap?
I already have everything but a fuel pump to do the swap since the 5.3 was to turbo a car. Maybe I'll end up with a turbo truck instead.
