How do you get away with that in California?

i like it. probably needs to be balanced though.
mine is a single straight piped 6.5 TD. only sounds like that if i nail it to 2000 rpm from idle. very small rumble at idle.

There is this shop on batavia in Orange called Welding Works, he did a great job doing it. When i have to get it smogged he can install the stuff back on and when i pass he will take it off again.

Thanks man, yeah i love the volume. just wish it had a better tone. overall it has more pros than cons for me
