Hey everyone! I'm slowly but surly getting my '89 C1500 ECSS the way I want it! I acquired this truck about 6 months ago dead and lifeless sitting next to an old lady's barn, where it had been sitting there for 6 years!! She sold it to me for $250!! I got her on a trailer and brought her home!!

After getting her washed off and fiddling around under the hood we put a new distributor coil in it and a new altornator and battery and we got her to crank right up!! With some new fluids of course lol! Since then I've aquired a new front fender and hood and grille to fix up where she had gotten banged in...

Here are the rest of the photos! I got me a Stepside and made the engine bay look a little better and on to paint and body work!

I've always imagined it to look like the original Walker Texas Ranger ECSS!

Make it a clone, that would be sweet!
It's happening!! I've already picked out some things for birthday and Christmas gifts that my wife doesn't know she's getting me yet!! Then I'll get the KC lights!

You planning on bringing the tow hitch up? Everytime I see body lifts that's the first thing I notice, the big gap between the truck and the bumpers an hitch.
