Jet programmer for 96-00 l31

I came across a Jet programmer for a l31 for a really good price, considering that they're normally around 300 new. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these and how good they work.

Its basically Tunercats OBD2 except that there isn't unlimited tuning, you have to pay $100 for each VIN license. There is little if any support, so as TC2 its geared more towards experienced PCM recalibrators. If you cant get a copy of TC2, Jet does work it uses JCL.files IIRC.
