I did the exact same swap in my dually. Wasn't hard at all. Did have to drill 4 holes in the floor for the inside tracks. The outside tracks bolted in the existing holes.

I really don't remember. It's been over a year since I've done it. I would just match the drill bit to the size of bolts you use.

Ok guys, on the subject of seats....where is the best place to buy new coverings for my '98 bucket front seats and 60/40 rear seat?

That is a good question... Are you looking for a similar looking (look like OEM) to replace them? I know O'Reilly, Advanced, Wal-Mart sells seat covers for bucket seats, don't know about the 60/40.
