How to remove cup holders on 88-94 dash

A '93 6.5 3/4 ton that I am going to be purchasing later this year has the cup holders on the bottom of the dash, but it doesn't work anymore and it's broken, how would I go about removing this and installing a good used one?

Remove the 2 screws and lift it off the dash lip it sits on.
