hey guys, good information here.
Got a question about putting bags on the front and leaving the leaf springs on the rear with a flip kit , c-notch and helper bags on the rear. i have a 95 gmc dually, plan on towing some, not everyday. just curious if it would be a waste of time to do the flip kit, or just go ahead and do the 4 link. Was going to do stock tires for now, which are 16".

Just realized I never responded. 4 link it, you can still tow safely if you put the bags in the right place, like on the axle.
If you're gonna do it, do the damn thing...

Yeah, going for it! Doing the 4 link in the rear.

Other question is bag over axle or bag behind axle?
Is there a difference in ride quality?

Bro, I'm really ****** at responding to this thread, my apologies.
From what I've read there seems to be no difference.

Bag on or behind axle, there is no difference in ride quality. Bag on bar generally rides better, but you give up carrying capacity.
