Since im now keeping the OBS, i need to get the exhasut done on it, Current pipes and muffler are way to small (4.3L Stuff), Plus im not impressed with my Flowmaster, has had a rattle since day 1

Current:

Flowtech Shorty Headers
4.3L Y-pipe modified for Flowtech Collectors
36"s of 2.25" Pipe
Flowmaster Delta-Flow 40 Single 2.25" in, Dual 2.00" out (Bought for 4.3L)
2.00" 45's
2.00" Chrome slash cut tips

It sounds good, but i KNOW its hurting performance, and i want more rumble, its too high pitched.

So what ive have been thinking is this...

Flowtech Shorty Headers
2.5" Y-Pipe
3" Pipe
Not sure on muffler
3" pipe to tip
4" Slash cut tip exiting in front of the rear wheel

Not looking for Duals, i want a SISO system, No cats needed up here, Any ideas?

no they are a single chambered muffler like a flowmaster super 10 series. Dad has them on his 84 and I got a video of em. he has 2-1/4 I think all the way back maybe 2.5 not sure, long tubes, gutted cats and then exit out the back with a 3 1/2 or 4 inch slash cut tips.
