What's the price for just straight unfinished? I can paint myself if I'll save a few bucks. I can put money down today for a set using PayPal.

Did you ever settle what grade steel to use? Was just reading up 4340 and 5160 are whats used to make the torsion bars themselves. http://www.jadesterling.com/common-grades/5160-2/ I might agree about getting a raw finish depending on how much less they'll cost. Another thing to consider is whether the thickness of paint or powdercoat might affect fitment.

Probably 4340 or 4140 it's a 1 3/4" bar so pretty beefy. I'm pretty busy with work this week so not sure when Il get to calling a metal supplier about anything. Also going to have to talk the company owner about water jet use. Don't think there so fond of employees making money like that if there getting a 50% discount.
