Hitch for CCSB with body lift.

I have heard that a suburban hitch will work on trucks with body lifts and bumper relocation. Can anyone verify this? Does it work well?

I'm lost. The hitch bolts to the frame and the frame doesn't move, so what's your concern again?

A hitch on a truck hangs lower than a suburban hitch. I was wondering if it would work better with the body lift seeing as when the bumper is relocated then the truck hitch hangs down too far.
So I take it you do not have any experience with it?
