Help with trans case

Hi, so I'm working on fixing my 4wd. And I'm looking for parts, when I do search, it's asking which rpo code I have for the case. I looked at the sticker in my glove box and it has NP1 and NP8 next to it. But when looking for parts it's either NP1 or NP8? I don't understand why, and which to get parts for.

What year is your truck?

Np1 is 3 button push (2hi 4hi 4lo) button 4x4 from 97-98

Np8 is 4 button and has an auto 4x4 option I believe for 99+

Show us a pic. I find it surprising you have both rpo codes
