I don't really know about feeling a power difference but a lot better throttle response and a little better mpgs

tooo bad they have the egr fitting, the ebay stainless ones are cheaper probably and last longer then painted ones. They just don't have ones with the egr tube.

I don't know about sounding bad, but loud yes.

We ran some cherry bomb extreme single chambers with about 2 ft. of pipe off long tubes on dad's 84 for awhile, it was loud, but to me sounded pretty mean.

You COULD NOT hear the radio or anything else but the pipes for that matter.

Loud doesn't always mean fast. Fast isn't always loud. With regard to exhaust flow dynamics, hotrodding is about the "balance" between the two.

blah blah blah, to each his own. IMO it's like straight pipes, I hate it, but others love it, I think it sounds horrible.
