hey guys, i'm trying to figure out what needs to be done to have my speedo and tach read correctly. i have a 90 RCSB, with the 93 tach cluster/drac unit setup. it works perfectly. When i swap over to my 5.3/4L60E, i understand the tach will read off (1/2 of true reading), and i also understand that there is some sort of adapter or module you can install to make the speedo work correctly. I've read somewhere that for the tach, you can just adjust the PCM when you tune it to read 3 pulses, instead of 6, or 6 instead of 3 (i cant remember, or find the thread i read that from). any help is hugely appreciated! I'll be posting pics starting next weekend when i tear into the swap. picked up the motor/trans yesterday. should be an experience! thanks again!
