How much of a gap is it between the roof and bottom bar of rack?

It is not supported and all cantilevered over the cab with a 1.5" gap at the tightest spot. I am 280lbs, and I stood and bounced on top and it barely budged (NASCAR infield approved). The stress analysis says it will be good to over 500lbs conservatively and I believe it after the "bounce test".

I was just wondering on the gap because ive seen some racks that sat like 6 inches off cab due to body flex but i think that was an excessive gap

I agree. Body flex and the "one size fits all" approach can really screw some gaps up. The 3D scan and custom approach really allows me to make look like it belongs. If my frame is flexing more than 1.5" I've got bigger problems.

Do you have a better shot of the front of the rack and the gap between cab

Didn't think I did, but I think this one does the trick.....and yes that's a Cadillac Escalade Driver seat, I highly recommend the swap.

Nice work, looks awesome. The overall profile with the rack on the truck kinda reminds me of a Honda Ridgeline...
