no no its inserts that why i got it so cheap was the oem grille i bought from them was broke were the billet goes so that was the easy fix to just slap that in there. it screws in from the back so u see no screws

ahh sorry my misunderstanding
lemme know if you figure out who makes it i'd really like to look into it more
