Exhaust through bed?

I'm looking to change some stuff up on my truck pretty soon. I'm starting with the exhaust, and want to know if there's anyone who has put the exhaust out the side of the bed, or rollpan, and what parts they used for it. Any pics would be appreciated, thanks!

6:25 into the vid, they cut a hole in the rear fender behind the back tire and run the exhaust out.
