It just needs bigger tires in my opinion, would 33s look better than 35s?

35's won't fit without some major cutting! My 33's are tight, they only rub when I have a passenger or hit a really big bump.

It's been awhile, my tires are extremely bald so I'm getting new ones this month. I want to size up to 33's so I would need new rims too. Which rims would look better on my truck? I'm think 16's on the rim, or should I go with 17's?
