Electrical buzzing when using hvac

On my 96 k1500 5.7 nv3500. There is a residual electrical buzzing noise. That buzzes no matter what. And seems to be manipulated by the have controls. Specifically the knob that controls air flow direction. (The right most one). With the AC on and off it will buzz but can be manipulated no matter what.

Anyone else experienced this?
