Fired off the van this evening. Playing with a video editor program I am considering subscribing to, so I patched together some clips of the startup and warmup. Battery is barely hanging in there and its 12F and snowing. I am actually surprised how well it started given Ethanol fuels reputation of being hard to start in cold weather, even at 70% it lit right off with no more cranking than E10 would have required. I actually wanted to know how the marine manifold would behave in this cold especially on E85. Seems the transient fueling adjustments have it pretty well dialed in. It is near seenlessly smooth and no lean or rich bogging to it. I ran it about 30 minutes and got it fully up to temp to make sure the moisture would boil out of the oil.
